What exactly is a virtual summit?
A virtual summit is an online event with presentations and speakers, similar to a “physical” conference. However, there is no “physical” event taking place. Everything happens online.
How do I actually attend a virtual summit?
Attending is easy, so much easier than attending a physical event. You can “attend” from your home, your office or a cafe. All you need is your device, good WiFi and earphones/speakers.
Can I interact virtually during the summit?
Yes, we would love you to be as involved as possible. We will have a dedicated platform to collect your questions, opinions and thoughts. We will have live polls and competitions. We want you to be “there” during the live broadcast.
Will I have access to the sessions after the live broadcast?
Yes. You can view all of the presentations for three months after the live broadcast.
Can other attendees in my office watch the live broadcast?
Yes, in fact, we have created two additional price points for groups of Assistants who would like to attend. The first is our Group ticket which is for 10 licences and access to the post-event recording for three months. Secondly, we have an enterprise ticket which is for an unlimited number of individuals, across all regions within an organisation and twelve months access to the post-event recording.
Which platform will the virtual summit be on?
We will be using Crowdcast.io.
What is the difference between an individual ticket, a group ticket and an enterprise ticket?
An individual ticket is for one Assistant to access the Summit. This is £50 +VAT.
A Group ticket is for 10 licences and access to the post-event recording for three months
An enterprise ticket is for an unlimited number of individuals, across all regions within an organisation and twelve months access to the post-event recording.
Do I have access to the Summit after the live event?
Yes, all of the attendees will have access to the recording of the Virtual Summit after the live event. The recording will be emailed to everyone with a username and password. The recording will be available for three months (or twelve for those who have purchased an enterprise ticket) after the Summit. So, if you are unable to watch the live Summit, you can catch up on all of the content afterwards, in your own time.
