Tickets are 100% refundable until the 30th September. From the 1st October tickets are non refundable, unless the event is cancelled. In which case a 100% refund will apply. You can transfer access to a friend of colleague for the virtual summit at any point until 11am GMT on the 20th October.
Owing to the nature of a live virtual summit Gallus Events Ltd. can not be held responsible for any access, IT, internet or wifi issues ticket holders may experience before, during or after the live broadcast.
Conditions of sale
The ticket holder has, to the best of their ability, ensured that they are able to access the live broadcast via the Cisco Events Centre.
An individual ticket is for one virtual summit attendee. By purchasing an individual ticket you agree not to share your access code or have others watching the live broadcast. The access code will allow an attendee to log on to the live virtual summit from two devices. An individual ticket also provides access to the recorded version of the summit, which will be available 24 hours after the end of the live virtual summit.
The Hub ticket is a licence for an unlimited number of attendees attending one physical hub. The Hub ticket also has five licences for individual use – specifically for those attendees who cannot attend the physical hub. By purchasing a Hub ticket you agree not to share your access codes other than as detailed above). A Hub ticket also provides access to the recorded version of the summit, which will be available 24 hours after the end of the live virtual summit.
Gallus Events Ltd. will not be able to offer any technical support relating to any access, IT, internet or wifi issues during or after the live broadcast.
