Dr Kathy Gruver will teach practical and fun stress-reduction techniques that you can do in the moment for immediate relief or practice over time for long-term mastery. 

  • Discover the warning signs of stress and how it affects communication and leadership
  • Explore mindfulness practices such as breathwork and affirmations
  • Learn a meditation that you can do anytime, anywhere, even if you think you are too Type A to meditate 

After this session, you will realise you have a choice and don’t have to be a slave to stress-induced reactivity.
