As I currently live in Edinburgh I thought I would share my top ten tips for those organising business travel to this wonderful city. With such a large number of financial organisations based in Edinburgh, many of you will organise business trips here at some point or another. It is a fairly easy city to get around, the transport links are fantastic and the airport is a quick 25 minutes away by cab. The people are incredibly friendly and there are a lot of different activities you can organise for client and team building activities.

The weather is a little, shall we say, unpredictable and so I would advise that your Executive travels with lots of layers – even in the summer. So yes, as you can see there are lots of unique aspects that business travellers will experience on arrival into Edinburgh. Here are my top ten tips for assistants organising a business trip to Edinburgh.
